The Role |
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Boutique Manager to lead the Indooroopilly boutique. This role is about more than management; it’s about elevating the client journey, inspiring your team, and creating a retail experience that reflects the brand’s unique vision.
Leadership | Inspire, develop, and empower your team through coaching, feedback, and hands-on presence on the boutique floor.
Client Experience | Build lasting client relationships through personalised styling and an unwavering commitment to luxury service.
Sales & Results | Drive business performance with a clear focus on budgets, KPIs, and long-term growth, celebrating team success along the way.
Operational Excellence | Ensure the boutique operates seamlessly, from inventory management to policies, procedures, and visual presentation.
Brand Standards | Uphold and communicate the brand’s values through consistent service, presentation, and client engagement.
Collaboration | Partner closely with head office, regional leaders, and peers to maximise opportunities and deliver results.
The Skills |
Proven experience as a retail manager or senior assistant manager within a luxury or premium retail environment.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive and interpret business performance.
A natural leader who thrives on developing people and leading from the shop floor.
Refined sense of style, with confidence in offering tailored styling and wardrobe advice.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised, solutions-focused, and passionate about creating an elevated boutique environment.
