The Role |

We are seeking a motivated and service-focused Sales Assistant to join the Adelaide showroom team. As the face of the brand, you’ll deliver exceptional service, provide tailored styling advice, and contribute to the store’s sales success. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about interiors, customer experience, and building a career within a growing lifestyle brand.

  • Customer Experience | Engage every client with warmth, professionalism, and personalised service.

  • Sales Excellence | Drive sales performance through product knowledge, upselling, and cross-category styling.

  • Product Passion | Share expertise on furniture ranges, materials, and design to inspire customers in creating their dream spaces.

  • Team Contribution | Collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and deliver operational excellence.

  • Store Presentation | Support visual merchandising and showroom standards, ensuring the space reflects the brand at its best.

The Skills |

  • Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in furniture, interiors, or premium retail.

  • A natural ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships.

  • Strong sales ability, with a consultative approach to service.

  • Interest in interiors, design, or lifestyle products.

  • Reliable, motivated, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
