The Role |

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Flagship Store Manager to lead the Fitzroy boutique. You’ll be at the forefront of the brand, shaping customer experience, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence. This is a rare opportunity to elevate a flagship store and grow with one of Melbourne’s most exciting contemporary labels.

  • Leadership | Inspire, coach, and develop a team of Retail Stylists to deliver exceptional service and results.

  • Customer Experience | Build authentic relationships with new and loyal clients, offering personalised styling and advice.

  • Sales & Growth | Drive sales performance, deliver reporting on KPIs, and implement initiatives to grow the store business.

  • Brand Moments | Bring the brand to life through events, PR activations, and customer-focused experiences.

  • Operations | Oversee inventory, store presentation, and visual merchandising with meticulous attention to detail.

The Skillset |

  • Previous retail management or assistant management experience.

  • A strong sense of style with confidence in providing styling advice.

  • Genuine passion for beautiful product, quality fabrications, and slow fashion.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people skills.

  • Organised, efficient, and detail-oriented with a focus on results.
