As Boutique Manager of their prestigious Armadale location, you will be the ultimate brand ambassador, inspiring and empowering your team to deliver a world-class client experience while consistently achieving commercial success. You’ll lead with passion, purpose, and precision. Driving performance through client engagement, personalised styling, CRM strategies, and hosting elevated in-store events that strengthen client relationships and build community.
The Role |
Management of the boutique and team effectively by being dynamic, present, and supportive
Develop the store to ensure it operates effectively
Consistently drive sales, with a strong awareness of cumulative budgets weekly/monthly, and quarterly
Drive and motivate to achieve success
Customer-focused mindset
Emphasis on constant and effective communication
Monitor and address your team to ensure they are conveying brand presentation, policy, and procedure standards

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who:
Extensive management experience in a luxury setting
Is a dedicated people leader
Has come from a retail or sales environment
Holds commercial acumen
Is a career retailer
Has a thorough understanding of and passion for high-end fashion
