Our client is a women's luxury fashion brand spanning across evening, ready-to-wear and bridal. Known for their modern approach to event dressing. With a Sydney based HQ, the brand has experienced rapid growth in recent years projecting the brand into an inspiring and evolving international presence, capturing the eyes of celebrities across the globe. An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a passionate retail leader to join as Assistant Manager in the busy boutique in Paddington, Sydney.
The Role |
As the Assistant Boutique Manager you will work along side the senior leadership team to motivate and inspire your team, handling the administrative responsibilities in the boutique, and have a strong sales drive. Building new relationships with customers and growing relationships with current VIP customers will be key!
Monitor and support with coaching & development of team, to ensure they are conveying brand presentation, policy and procedure standards.
Working with management and along side your team, aiming for budget and developing client relationships, by being motivated and positive.
Assisting in the operations of the boutique, driving growth and enhancing the business to ensure daily tasks run efficiently.
Creating an environment which is run by positive and fair leadership, whilst empowering staff to grow and strive within the business.
Build effective relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
The Skills |
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who:
Previous retail or store leadership, from a retail or sales environment.
Experience overseeing team,
The ideal team player: ability to work independently and apart of a collaborative team.
Working through difficult situations and direct problem solving
