The Role |
You will be a passionate brand ambassador, coaching & developing a team of passionate retailers, creating exceptional moments instore - your role will be focused on brand building, executing their retail strategy and creating commercial excellence.
You will lead by example, driving a positive in store culture and ensuring the brand's experience comes to life for every customer. You'll work to inspire your team - empowering your people while fostering an inclusive, uplifting environment. You'll bring a high level of care, and operational excellence to everything you do.
Drive excellence across all day-to-day operations across the boutique.
Build and coach a team of stylists to deliver a brand aligned customer experience.
Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to drive sales and efficiency.
Maintain high visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
Develop a warm, inclusive and energetic culture that reflects the brand's values.

You will bring evident experience in a retail leadership role.
Passionate about providing warm, personalised service and building genuine customer connections.
A people person and team player — you love to lead, motivate and bring energy to those around you.
Sales-focused with a sharp eye for detail and high operational standards.
Flexible, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Interested in fashion, sustainability, and purposeful retail.
