 The Role | 

As a Style Advisor, you are a trusted expert in style and fashion to your clients. Your client centric approach, knowledge of product, fabrications and brand services and paired with a flair for styling will be evident, further developing customer interactions with new and existing clients. In this role, you:

  • Represent the boutique and drive client experience with clients that is to the highest standard.

  • Build, nurture and maintain a VIP database – with a entrepreneurial spirit you will drive proactive engagement and communicating when new styles arrive in store.

  • Ensure the presentation and visual standards are met in accordance with brand expectations.

  • Provide strong, personalised service with clients to understand their needs, this could be done while in store or through private appointments. 

  • Have a strong understanding of clientelling and will cultivate relationships with clients that is memorable and will be long lasting. Performing activities such as follow up calls and thank you notes.

  • Are driven to achieve team and individual sales and KPIs such as cross-selling ratio, conversion rate, average sales

  • Take ownership of resolving guest issues or complaints with empathy, while working understanding the brands customer service policies.

  • Drive and perform onsite audits of store physical inventory.

The Skillset | 

To be successful in this role we are looking for profiles with:

  • Has experience in men’s wear from a similar premium or luxury industry or strong clientelling based industry.

  • Strong understanding of the product, knowledge of the brand heritage and the ability to work strategically and innovatively within the brand guidelines. 

  • Exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to build loyal and lasting relationships. You have a customer first mindset and are focused on exceeding you customer expectations.

  • Proficient with digital technology, Familiar with Apple products are a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation 

  • Able to work full time – rotating roster.
