We're now looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join their Warringah team, working alongside the Store Manager to inspire the team, drive performance and bring the brand experience to life.
The Role |
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll be a key leader within the store, supporting the Store Manager across people, performance and day-to-day operations.
You'll be highly visible on the floor, leading by example and creating an environment where the team feels motivated, customers feel connected to the brand and great results follow naturally.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day store leadership
Coaching, motivating and developing a passionate team of brand ambassadors
Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance
Creating a relaxed, engaging and memorable customer experience
Leading the store confidently in the Store Manager's absence
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development
Maintaining strong visual merchandising and presentation standards
Building an inclusive, positive and high-performing team culture
Bringing energy, initiative and fresh ideas to the store
The Skillset |
We're looking for an energetic and commercially minded emerging leader who genuinely loves fashion, people and creating great retail experiences.
You may already be an experienced Assistant Store Manager, or a strong Supervisor ready to take that next step in your leadership career.
You will bring:
Previous leadership experience within fashion, lifestyle or another fast-paced retail environment
A customer-first mindset and natural ability to build connection
A hands-on leadership style and confidence leading from the front
Experience driving sales and achieving KPIs
A genuine passion for coaching and developing others
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence taking ownership and making decisions
A creative eye and passion for visual merchandising
An entrepreneurial mindset and excitement around joining a growing brand
