Following the opening of their brand-new Green Hills store in October 2026, we're searching for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join the leadership team and help shape the culture, performance and continued success of this exciting new location.
The Role |
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll be an integral part of the store leadership team, combining hands-on floor leadership with coaching, customer experience and commercial performance.
With the store still in its exciting early stages, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside the Store Manager to build a strong team culture, establish the store within the local community and create an environment customers want to return to.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting the Store Manager across daily store operations
Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team
Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance
Creating an engaging and authentic customer experience
Helping establish a strong culture within this newly opened store
Leading the store confidently in the Store Manager's absence
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development
Coaching your team through regular feedback and floor leadership
Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store presentation
Bringing initiative, fresh ideas and genuine passion for the brand
The Skillset |
We're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and a genuine passion for fashion retail.
You could already be an Assistant Store Manager looking for a fresh environment, or an experienced Supervisor ready to take the next step with a growing Australian business.
You will bring:
Previous leadership experience within fashion, lifestyle or fast-paced retail
A hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Experience driving sales and achieving KPIs
A passion for coaching and bringing out the best in others
Confidence taking ownership and making decisions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A natural eye for styling and visual merchandising
An entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about growing with the business
