We're now looking for a Concession Manager to lead their Myer North Queensland location, taking responsibility for the team, customer experience and commercial success of the concession.
The Role |
As Concession Manager, you'll bringing together fashion, service and commercial performance to create a destination customers want to return to.
You'll know your customer, understand what drives your business and use those insights to create opportunities, grow sales and bring the best out of your team. From styling and client relationships through to coaching, product and performance, you'll have plenty of variety and responsibility in your day.
You'll be responsible for:
Lead, coach and develop your concession team across service, styling and performance
Drive sales, budgets and key retail KPIs
Build a loyal customer base through personalised styling and clientelling
Recruit, onboard and develop new team members
Manage rostering, productivity, stock and day-to-day operations
Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards
Analyse performance, identify growth opportunities and build strong relationships with Myer and the wider retail team

We're looking for a warm, commercially minded fashion leader who loves being part of the customer experience and understands how to turn great service into long-term loyalty and results.
You will ideally bring:
Store Manager, Concession Manager or experienced Assistant Store Manager experience
Fashion retail experience with a genuine passion for styling and customer connection
A confident, hands-on approach to coaching and developing a team
Strong commercial understanding across sales, budgets and retail KPIs
Strong visual merchandising and operational capability
The confidence to work autonomously while building positive relationships with Myer and the wider team
