The Role |
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Area Manager to lead a portfolio of boutiques across Queensland, driving performance, developing exceptional leaders, and ensuring a consistently elevated customer experience across the network.
This is a highly influential leadership role where you will partner closely with Boutique Leaders to build capability, strengthen team culture, and deliver outstanding commercial outcomes. Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on coaching, you will inspire teams to perform at their best while fostering an environment built on accountability, connection, and growth.
You will be responsible for championing brand standards across your region, ensuring every boutique delivers a seamless customer experience while achieving sales, profitability, and people objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching, and developing Boutique Leaders and their teams across multiple locations
Driving sales, profitability, and KPI performance across your boutique network
Building leadership capability through ongoing mentoring, coaching, and succession planning
Analysing performance trends and translating insights into clear commercial action plans
Leading change initiatives and supporting teams through growth and transformation
Ensuring exceptional customer experiences and brand consistency across all boutiques
Driving operational excellence, visual merchandising standards, and compliance
Fostering a positive, engaged, and high-performing culture focused on retention and development
Partnering with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
The Skillset |
The ideal candidate is an experienced multi-site retail leader who combines strong commercial capability with exceptional people leadership.
You will bring:
Proven experience in an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or multi-site leadership role
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive performance outcomes
Demonstrated success coaching and developing high-performing retail leaders
Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
A passion for customer experience, team engagement, and leadership development
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a store network
Experience leading change and driving operational excellence across multiple locations
A collaborative, values-led leadership style with a focus on culture and people development
