This is your chance to be part of something incredible – supporting a business from launch, based in the heart of Melbourne in stunning new office space, this brand is changing the game around tailoring for men and women. We are now looking for part time Admin Assistant with strong bookkeeping experience who is excited to support the business as they launch in September. This is the ideal role for a working parent eager to source some flexibility!
The Role |
This company is all about physical tangibility and digital efficiency - winning customers over in person in stores and then having them shop with them online. The Admin Team is a small, tightknit and dextrous team that is responsible for making the wheels turn smoothly. This function is critical to supporting the CEO and the Creative and Retail teams. This role will have core accountabilities across:
Accounts Payable & Receivable
On-boarding suppliers
Ensuring invoices are per orders and terms and are filed correctly
Ensuring payments received match up to Tech Platform sales
Payroll: coordination and checking of timesheets and bonus payable
Process payroll with exceptional attention to detail
Financial & Bookkeeping including preparing draft open to buy statements
Entering all transactions into accounting system
Loading payments on to bank platform for approval
Update Financial Model with actual results
Produce Monthly Financial Reports
Assist with travel arrangements and functions and events as required
