Known for their precision timing and high-quality watches, they continue to stay relevant through innovative design and exceptional engineering.

The Role |

We are seeking a Watchmaker to join the team based in Sydney -  this is a diverse role that will see you working across:

  • Perform intricate repairs and maintenance on high-end watches, including mechanical, automatic, and quartz movements.

  • Disassemble, clean, and reassemble watch components with precision and care.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with timepieces, providing accurate assessments and repair estimates.

  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all repairs meet company standards and customer expectations.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for.

The Skillset |

  • Proven experience working with high-end watch brands.

  • Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of watch movements and mechanisms.

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

  • Certification from a recognized watchmaking school or institution (e.g., WOSTEP, TAFE).

  • Knowledge of modern watchmaking tools and technology.

  • Experience in repairing Swiss watches.

There is a strong remuneration package available – with dedicated training and development opportunities, alongside of wider group benefits. Due to the manual nature of the role this is a full time office based role in Botany.
