This is a beautiful support/coordinator role which will be exposed to all areas of the luxury business and is an integral part of the smooth running of the workday assisting not only the Executive Team but the entire team. Seeking a highly organised, tech savvy go-getter with strong interpersonal and administrative skills.

The Role |

  • Meticulous filing of latest version of all documents and resources to relevant locations in Sharepoint.

  • Working closely with the Director and Executive Assistant to improve efficiency within the studio generally.

  • Onboard staff with induction including ensuring all processes are followed and understood, updating relevant documentation, for example, team lists, birthday list, dietary requirements, emergency contact, etc.

  • Assist the Director with preparation & delivery of all company logs and reports.

  • Assist with unboxing new deliveries on a weekly basis (minimum one box per week). This involves thorough QC and checking against invoice, as well as recording all the necessary documentation.

  • Responsible for ensuring all departments are up to date with their Company Manual chapters, systems and processes.

  • Supporting PR & Marketing team with projects and communications.

  • Assisting with photo shoot preparation include wardrobe, props, models, locations and sourcing products.

  • Creative projects research including imagery for mood boards for photographers and other creative projects such as collaborations, events, etc.

  • Assist with note taking during team meetings and other relevant meetings.

The Skillset |

  • 2-3 years experience in an Administration Assistant/Coordinator role

  • Strong administration and coordination skills

  • Highly organised, efficient

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Tech savvy- quick to pick up new systems

  • Natural interpersonal skills

  • Numerical skills
