The Role |
You'll be the key contact for client communication, order management, seasonal market planning, and logistics coordination ensuring the brand is represented seamlessly from showroom to final delivery.
A skilled multitasker with a background in wholesale account management, preferably in the fashion industry. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and have a proactive approach to client and operations management.
Daily account management for global and domestic wholesale clients.
New order entry, cancellation review, client setup and account maintenance in Zedonk.
Coordination of all seasonal sales administration including OC creation, proformas, order confirmation and financial exports.
Oversight of Moda Operandi trunk shows and digital asset creation.
End-to-end logistics management across multiple warehouses (AU, HK, IT), including freight booking, delivery scheduling and inventory allocation.
General administration including invoice creation, RA management, vendor forms and client communication.
Managing the Wholesale Assistant and Dispatch Coordinator, overseeing team performance and daily task delegation.
Leading and supporting domestic market showings, assisting the Sales Director, and managing B2B platforms like JOOR.
The Skillset |
3+ years in wholesale, logistics, or fashion operations.
Proficiency in Zedonk, JOOR, and Excel; strong digital literacy across wholesale platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and client communications efficiently.
Experience managing or mentoring junior staff.
