The Role |

You'll be the key contact for client communication, order management, seasonal market planning, and logistics coordination ensuring the brand is represented seamlessly from showroom to final delivery.

A skilled multitasker with a background in wholesale account management, preferably in the fashion industry. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and have a proactive approach to client and operations management.

  • Daily account management for global and domestic wholesale clients.

  • New order entry, cancellation review, client setup and account maintenance in Zedonk.

  • Coordination of all seasonal sales administration including OC creation, proformas, order confirmation and financial exports.

  • Oversight of Moda Operandi trunk shows and digital asset creation.

  • End-to-end logistics management across multiple warehouses (AU, HK, IT), including freight booking, delivery scheduling and inventory allocation.

  • General administration including invoice creation, RA management, vendor forms and client communication.

  • Managing the Wholesale Assistant and Dispatch Coordinator, overseeing team performance and daily task delegation.

  • Leading and supporting domestic market showings, assisting the Sales Director, and managing B2B platforms like JOOR.

The Skillset |

  • 3+ years in wholesale, logistics, or fashion operations.

  • Proficiency in Zedonk, JOOR, and Excel; strong digital literacy across wholesale platforms.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and client communications efficiently.

  • Experience managing or mentoring junior staff.
