Our client is a founder-led Australian jewellery brand, celebrated for its delicate, meaningful pieces and strong following both locally and internationally. Known as intentional luxury brand - the handcrafted designs go beyond aesthetics, offering timeless jewellery that tells a personal story. We are now seeking a retail store manager for the popular location in Chatswood. A great role for an Assistant Manager ready to take that next step in their career!

The Role | 

As the Store Manager you will work to create an welcoming environment for your team and customers, where both sales and client engagement thrive. You will collaborate with key stakeholders from a supportive and hands on HQ team to bring the brand vision to life. In this role, you:

  • Represent the brand to the highest standard, you have a customer first mindset and strive to deliver on memorable moments with your clients. Resolving any customer concerns timely and with empathy.

  • Motivate and inspire the team by bringing to like brand values, providing on going coaching. Identifying opportunities for growth and celebrating the wins.

  • Coach and develop a passionate team of retailers to be proactive and engaging. maintaining in-depth knowledge of product and brand to provide advice and recommendations as per our customers.

  • Ensure the presentation and visual standards are met in accordance with brand expectations.

  • Performing activities such as follow up calls and thank you notes to nurture and maintain a VIP data base.

  • Are driven to achieve team and individual sales and KPIs, but you understand that it is the client experience that will result in targets being met.

The Skills | 

To be successful in this role we are looking for profiles with prior Retail leadership or supervisor experience in a similar sales or retail area. . Experience in jewellery is ideal but not essential. In addition, you are:

  • A quick learner and can build a strong understanding of the product, knowledge of the brand and the ability to work strategically to improve store performance.

  • You lead from the front in all that you do, are hands on and are passionate about the continued growth and upskilling of your team.

  • Exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to build loyal and lasting relationships. You have a customer first mindset and are focused on exceeding you customer expectations.

  • You drive operational excellence, through stock accuracy, consistency in processes and a strong attention to detail.

  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.

  • Able to work full time.
