The Brand |
Our client is a well-established multi-brand wholesale agency – with a stunning HQ & Showroom based in Surry Hills and managing international brands across Australia and New Zealand. We are now seeking a Wholesale Account Manager to join their team – working with some of the most respected international brands in the market.
The Role |
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wholesale Account Manager – you will oversee wholesale accounts, build and maintain relationships with clients, execute sales strategies, and identify growth opportunities within the Australian and New Zealand markets.
Key responsibilities include facilitating communication between brands and retailers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the successful implementation of brand strategies. The right profile will also monitor account performance and contribute to achieving company sales goals.
The Skillset |
Fashion Showroom Sales experience
Strong Account Management and Sales skills to maintain and grow client relationships
Exceptional Customer Service and Communication abilities to ensure client satisfaction and effective collaboration
Experience in Wholesale operations with an understanding of retail markets and trends
Proven organisational and time management skills for handling multiple accounts
Proficiency in analysing sales data to inform strategic decision-making
Ability to work on-site in Surry Hills, NSW
Passion for fashion, retail, and delivering high-calibre brand representation and customer service
You have an evident love of luxury fashion but still happy to get your hands dirty and do what is required to delight clients
High energy and passionate about commercial sales
Strong numerical literacy and excel skills
Loves delivering a VIP client experience
