The Brand |
Our client is an internationally renowned leading health and beauty brand with a range of products that focus on beauty from within. With an engaged and driven team that live and breathe their ethos they are looking for a Content & SEO Manager to join their team on a parental leave contract for approximately 12 months.
The Role |
This role is responsible for the strategic planning, creation and implementation of engaging marketing, product and digital content for the brand across both Australian and international audiences. Working closely with the CEO, you will manage a tactical content calendar while producing inspiring, educational and commercially driven content across multiple channels.
Partnering closely with the Digital, Ecommerce and Marketing teams, this position also plays a key role in developing a search-optimised digital content strategy that enhances the customer journey and supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a brand-building content strategy that supports sustainable growth and best-in-class user experiences.
Manage and maintain a tactical content calendar across marketing, product and digital channels.
Produce engaging content across EDMs, blogs, e-books, PR, video production and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the Email and Social Media Managers to ensure cohesive messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
Write advertising copy, taglines and product labels in line with brand guidelines.
Manage website content uploads and ensure SEO best practices are applied across all content.
Develop content to support sales teams and retail partners
Create product marketing claims and messaging aligned with brand positioning.Proofread marketing content and product labels in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and CEO.
Support product launches with content development across web, campaigns and sales collateral.
Manage external content contributors including briefing, feedback and deadline coordination.
Develop compliant product label copy for AUS, USA and UK markets in line with TGA guidelines.
Ensure all regulatory, labelling and NPD content meets local and international standards.
Liaise with external Regulatory Affairs partners to ensure content compliance.
The Skillset |
5+ years’ experience in a content management or content marketing role.
Strong experience in content strategy development and search optimisation.
Experience working within growth marketing or test-and-learn frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
Strong understanding of health, beauty or wellness products and industry landscape.
Excellent copywriting, editing and stakeholder management skills.
