This is a 3 day a week role where you’ll lead the end-to-end design process for Accessories - translating Creative Direction into innovative, performance-driven products that are equal parts functional and iconic. Newly created role with a fast growing global brand!

This role has a deep focus on technical performance sportswear design - you will have a strong eye for function, form and innovation and take a lead role in the design team. You will have creative flair, a strong understanding of technical garment construction.

As Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing the brand’s vision to life across a broad range of design responsibilities. Reporting to the Senior Designer, you’ll support collection development and sample coordination in a hands-on, collaborative environment where creativity and attention to detail are essential.

This is a pivotal role in overseeing end-to-end development and execution of beautiful couture collections. Lead the Australian Atelier team and manage product development lifecycle from concept through to production handover ensuring that garments align with brand standards in design, quality and fit.
