The Role |
This Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain across multiple international markets, with a particular focus on the complexity of global logistics, inventory optimization, and wholesale distribution channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global trade, fashion wholesale cycles, and regional market demands, ensuring seamless delivery from sourcing to store and wholesale partner fulfillment.
Global Supply Chain Strategy & Operations
Develop and execute a scalable, efficient supply chain strategy that supports global growth, with attention to regional nuances and compliance requirements.
Lead global logistics, warehousing, and distribution networks, optimizing for cost, speed, and sustainability.
Oversee supplier management, procurement processes, and demand planning across multiple international regions.
Wholesale Channel Management
Manage wholesale order fulfillment, allocation, and seasonal drops for key global partners and department stores.
Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, and Planning teams to ensure wholesale operations align with seasonal calendars, sell-in goals, and market forecasts.
Ensure timely deliveries and adherence to partner compliance requirements, routing guides, and documentation standards.
Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Leadership
Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process improvements within the global supply chain network.
Lead cross-functional initiatives with Production, Finance, Technology, and Commercial teams to optimize supply chain performance.
Monitor KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full), inventory turnover, logistics costs, and forecast accuracy, reporting regularly to senior leadership.
The Skillset |
7+ years of experience in supply chain management within the fashion or consumer goods industry, preferably in a global or multi-market environment.
Proven expertise in managing wholesale operations, including partner relationships, seasonal deliveries, and global logistics coordination.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, customs processes, and regional market dynamics.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a track record of managing complex supply chains and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with ERP systems (Joor), supply chain planning tools, and reporting software.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field; advanced degree or APICS certification a plus but not essential.
