An established Australian premium fashion and lifestyle brand with a strong global presence is seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join its team.

Operating across retail, eCommerce, wholesale and international distribution, the business is entering an exciting period of evolution and growth. The Role |

This is a hands-on supply chain and logistics role responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of product across the business, from inbound shipments through to warehouse management and delivery to wholesale and international customers.

Working across a global supply chain, you will oversee day-to-day workflow, partnering closely with the offshore logistics team in Sri Lanka, the Australian warehouse, Production and internal commercial teams.

With a strong focus on timeliness, accuracy and commercial delivery, you will ensure inbound and outbound orders are processed effectively and that the business remains on track to meet monthly sales and delivery expectations.

  • Overseeing the day-to-day supply chain and logistics workflow across the business

  • Working closely with the Logistics team in Sri Lanka to coordinate orders, shipments and delivery timelines

  • Overseeing the relationship and workflow with the Australian warehouse

  • Managing and tracking inbound and outbound orders to ensure accurate and on-time delivery

  • Ensuring pick instructions are provided and orders progress through pick and pack, invoicing and final delivery

  • Coordinating the successful handover and delivery of orders to both FOB and FIS customers

  • Monitoring shipment and order status and proactively identifying potential delays or issues

  • Working closely with the Production Manager to align production completion, inventory availability and customer delivery requirements

  • Tracking monthly sales orders and ensuring product is invoiced within the appropriate reporting period

  • Forward planning against upcoming orders to ensure the business remains on track to achieve sales and delivery targets

  • Maintaining accurate logistics, inventory, shipment and order information

  • Liaising with internal teams, warehouse partners and international stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues efficiently

  • Continuously looking for opportunities to improve workflow, communication and supply chain efficiency

The Skillset |

We are looking for an organised and commercially minded supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-moving product environment.

  • Previous experience in a Supply Chain Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator or similar role, ideally within fashion, apparel, accessories, retail or a product-led business

  • Experience coordinating both inbound and outbound logistics

  • Strong understanding of warehousing, order fulfilment and distribution processes

  • Experience working with international suppliers, offshore teams or global supply chains

  • An understanding of wholesale order fulfilment and ideally FOB and FIS delivery models

  • Strong systems capability, with AP21 experience essential

  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of the relationship between logistics, invoicing, delivery and monthly sales performance

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working across internal and external stakeholders

  • A proactive approach to problem solving, with the ability to identify potential delays before they impact the customer

  • A genuine interest in premium fashion, product and the operational side of a global brand.
