An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Flagship Store Manager to lead their Sylvia Park boutique, taking ownership of a high-profile location and driving its people, commercial performance and overall client experience.
The Role |
As Flagship Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the Sylvia Park boutique — leading from the floor, developing your people and creating an environment where both your team and clients genuinely want to return.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fashion leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and loves the combination of people leadership, styling, client experience and commercial performance.
In addition, you will:
Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing flagship team.
Take ownership of sales, budgets and key retail KPIs.
Lead from the floor and create an elevated, highly personalised styling experience.
Build a loyal client base through genuine relationship-building and clientelling.
Coach and develop your leadership team, creating a strong succession pipeline.
Lead recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development.
Manage rostering, productivity, stock and day-to-day boutique operations.
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards.
Analyse performance and identify opportunities to continue driving growth.
Create an energetic, positive and accountable store culture.
Partner closely with senior retail leadership to deliver wider brand and commercial initiatives.

We're looking for an accomplished fashion retail leader who combines commercial drive, strong people leadership and an exceptional understanding of the client experience.
You will ideally bring:
Previous Store Management experience within fashion retail.
Experience leading a high-volume, flagship or high-performing store environment.
Strong commercial acumen across sales, budgets and retail KPIs.
A proven ability to coach, motivate and develop successful teams.
Confidence developing future leaders and building succession within your store.
A genuine passion for fashion, styling and creating memorable client experiences.
Strong clientelling and relationship-building capability.
A hands-on approach and love of being present on the shop floor.
Strong operational and visual merchandising capability.
Energy, polish and the ambition to continue progressing within fashion retail.
