An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Store Manager to lead their Indooroopilly boutique, taking ownership of the team, commercial performance and overall client experience.
The Role |
As Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the Indooroopilly boutique — leading from the floor, developing your people and creating an environment where both your team and clients genuinely want to return.
This is a role for someone who loves the commercial side of retail but equally understands that great results come from strong teams, exceptional styling and meaningful client relationships.
In addition, you will:
Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing boutique team.
Drive sales, budgets and key retail KPIs.
Create an elevated and highly personalised styling experience.
Build a loyal client base through genuine relationship-building and clientelling.
Recruit, onboard and develop your team, creating clear pathways for progression.
Identify individual strengths and build capability across your leadership team.
Take ownership of rostering, productivity, stock and day-to-day boutique operations.
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards.
Analyse performance and identify opportunities to drive further growth.
Create a positive, energetic and accountable store culture.
Partner closely with Area and State leadership to deliver wider retail initiatives.

We're looking for a passionate fashion retail leader who combines commercial drive with exceptional people leadership.
You will ideally bring:
Previous Store Management or strong Assistant Store Management experience within fashion retail.
A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a successful team.
Confidence working with budgets, targets and retail KPIs.
A genuine passion for fashion, styling and creating exceptional client experiences.
Strong clientelling and relationship-building skills.
A hands-on leadership style and love of being present on the shop floor.
Strong operational and visual merchandising capability.
The ability to create a positive culture while maintaining high performance expectations.
