The Role |

This is your opportunity to continue to drive performance in a highly ranked boutique in Christchurch CBD. Building out a team of passionate retailers, creating exceptional moments instore – your role will be focused on brand building, executing their retail strategy and creating commercial excellence.  This role is suited to a seasoned Retailer – you have managed teams of 8+ and high revenue and really understand how to drive sales and commercial outcomes alongside of customer excellence.

You will be setting the standard for the store’s culture and ensuring the brand’s experience comes to life for every customer. You’ll drive the team - inspiring and empowering your people while fostering an inclusive, uplifting environment. You’ll bring a high level of care, and operational excellence to everything you do.

  • Drive excellence across all day-to-day operations across the boutique.

  • Build and coach a team of stylists to deliver a brand aligned customer experience.

  • Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to drive sales and efficiency.

  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.

  • Develop a warm, inclusive and energetic culture that reflects the brand’s values.

The Skillset |

You will bring evident experience in a retail manager role as a Senior Store Manager who values a high performance environment and the associated rewards.
