The Role |
In this pivotal role, you will translate creative direction into strong business performance by managing inventory, forecasting, and assortment planning.
Develop seasonal buying strategies aligned with sales targets, brand storytelling, and conversion data.
Lead weekly digital trading activities: best-seller analysis, size-curve assessments, forecasting, and stock depth management.
Identify in-season opportunities for reorders, replenishment drops, and colour expansions.
Optimize marketplace assortments using SKU velocity, stock cover, and regional insights.
Support wholesale market appointments with tailored assortment plans.
Track account performance with major partners and optimize future builds.
Build and manage seasonal range plans balancing OTB, margins, and channel needs.
Own Open-to-Buy processes, financial forecasting, and stock management.
The Skillset |
3–6 years of planning or merchandising experience within premium or luxury fashion brands.
Deep understanding of silhouettes, fabrications, sizing, pricing, and commercial collection logic.
Experience with E-commerce and Marketplace dynamics.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Sheets, ERP systems, and marketplace tools.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
