An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Boutique Manager to lead the Chatswood boutique. This role will suit a confident and commercially minded retail leader who thrives in a luxury environment, is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, and is motivated to drive results through inspiring leadership.

The Role |

As Boutique Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of boutique operations, from client engagement and team management to commercial performance and visual presentation. You’ll foster a culture of excellence and professionalism, ensuring the client experience reflects the brand’s refined and modern vision.

  • Proven experience managing a premium or luxury fashion boutique

  • Strong leadership and people development skills

  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs

  • Deep clienteling expertise and the ability to cultivate a loyal VIP client base

  • Exceptional communication, organisation and attention to detail
