The Brand |

Our client is a fast-growing Australian retailer known for delivering elevated customer experiences, premium products, and a culture rooted in confidence and empowerment. With exciting expansion underway and new stores opening, we are seeking an inspiring leader to join the Canberra team as Store Manager.

The Role |

As Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and team development. You will recruit, coach, and empower a high-performing team while maintaining a warm, inclusive, and personalised in-store environment.

You will uphold brand service standards, deliver expert product knowledge, execute visual merchandising directives, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a leader who can balance people, performance, and process, while consistently achieving sales, salary, and shrink targets.

The Skillset |

The ideal candidate is a confident, customer-centric leader with a passion for retail excellence. You are experienced in managing or supervising within a fashion, beauty, lifestyle or service-driven environment. You thrive in a fast-paced setting and bring a strong coaching mindset. In addition, you:

  • Have a customer-first mindset and the ability to create a premium, personalised shopping experience.

  • Are a hands-on leader who inspires, motivates, and leads by example.

  • Possess proven ability to achieve KPIs, sales targets and operational goals.

  • Bring strong recruitment, training and team-development capabilities.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with key stakeholders.

  • Have a keen eye for visual merchandising and can execute brand briefs cohesively.

  • Are diligent with loss prevention, health and safety, rosters, salaries and stock management.

  • Can manage performance, identify talent, and build an engaged, capable team.
