The Role I
This is a senior, hands-on creative role within a dynamic in-house team. Reporting to the Head of Creative, the Senior Graphic Designer plays a critical role in shaping and delivering visual output across all brand touchpoints while leading and developing a small creative team.
You will balance execution with leadership — owning daily design delivery, maintaining brand consistency, contributing to creative direction, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including ecommerce, CRM, marketing, product and retail. This role suits a confident, adaptable designer who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys seeing ideas through from concept to execution.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and executing high-quality design output across digital, ecommerce, social, email, paid media and print.
Translating brand and campaign concepts into compelling visual storytelling.
Supporting art direction for photoshoots, video and content creation.
Overseeing workflow, timelines and output across designers, videography and external creatives.
Partnering closely with marketing, ecommerce, product and brand teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Championing brand consistency while pushing creative evolution.
Applying UX principles to ensure design supports performance, usability and customer experience.
Managing assets, templates and files to ensure efficiency and quality.
Remaining agile, trend-aware and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
Skill Set I
8–10+ years’ experience in graphic design, ideally within retail, fashion, lifestyle or fast-paced brands.
Proven experience managing and mentoring a small creative team.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong art direction capability across both digital and print.
Deep understanding of multi-channel design, including ecommerce and performance-driven assets.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and quality control.
Confident communicator who collaborates effectively across teams.
Adaptable, proactive and comfortable working at pace.
