The Role I

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your Church Street store as a business—responsible for delivering exceptional commercial outcomes while cultivating a high-performing, service-led team.

Located in one of Melbourne’s most premium retail precincts, you will set the standard across all aspects of the store environment, leading by example to create a seamless and elevated customer experience. With a strong focus on performance, you will balance sales, people, and operations to ensure sustainable success.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Driving sales performance and achieving profitability targets.

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a cohesive and high-performing team.

  • Embedding a premium, customer-first service culture.

  • Maintaining excellence in store presentation and visual standards.

  • Overseeing inventory management and stock integrity.

  • Managing all operational aspects including rostering, cost control, and compliance.

  • Leveraging local opportunities to enhance store performance.

The Skillset I

You are an experienced retail leader with a refined approach to both people and performance. You lead with intention, bring strong commercial awareness, and take pride in delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

You will bring:

  • Proven success in a Store Manager or equivalent leadership role within a premium or high-performing retail environment.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and profitability outcomes.

  • A considered and engaging leadership style with a passion for developing talent.

  • A deep understanding of customer experience and service excellence.

  • Strong operational capability with attention to detail across all aspects of store management.

  • The ability to influence, motivate, and inspire a team to consistently perform at a high level.
