Our client is a women’s multi-brand retailer stocking a curated collection of some of the most coveted local and international designers. They are the destination for elevated basics, event dressing, and resort wear, and they provide their clients with a personalised and elevated retail experience. Originally founded in Canada, they have expanded into Australia over the past 5 years, and we are currently looking for an experienced and inspiring Assistant Manager to help lead the team in their inaugural Armadale Flagship.
The Role |
You will work alongside the Store Manager and with the in-store sales team to drive sales through customer relationship selling and 1:1 personalized service experience. As an ASM, you will:
Be the ultimate brand ambassador and provide best-in-class service to their customers, on their terms, in-store & digitally.
Work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals.
Seek fashion and product knowledge to build your styling expertise
Build lasting relationships with customers. Drive sales through personal client outreach.
Maintain a clean and organized presentation of the store space
Assist with daily store operations; (not limited to) inventory management, online fulfillment, and visual merchandising.
The Skillset |
The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, has the desire to cultivate and grow customer relationships, and loves working with a team. You will also have:
1-3 yrs retail sales experience, direct customer service preferred
Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service
Ability to take initiative, build & maintain customer relationships, and build a personal book
Self-motivated, goal-oriented focus
Organized, timely
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Able to bring a positive, engaging energy to the workplace
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and retail holidays
