The Brand |  

Our client is a women’s multi-brand retailer stocking a curated collection of some of the most coveted local and international designers. They are the destination for elevated basics, event dressing, and resort wear, and they provide their clients with a personalised and elevated retail experience. Originally founded in Canada, they have expanded into Australia over the past 5 years, and we are currently looking for an experienced and inspiring Assistant Manager to help lead the team in their inaugural Armadale Flagship. 

The Role |  

You will work alongside the Store Manager and with the in-store sales team to drive sales through customer relationship selling and 1:1 personalized service experience. As an ASM, you will:  

  • Be the ultimate brand ambassador and provide best-in-class service to their customers, on their terms, in-store & digitally.  

  • Work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals.   

  • Seek fashion and product knowledge to build your styling expertise  

  • Build lasting relationships with customers. Drive sales through personal client outreach.  

  • Maintain a clean and organized presentation of the store space  

  • Assist with daily store operations; (not limited to) inventory management, online fulfillment, and visual merchandising.    

The Skillset |  

The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, has the desire to cultivate and grow customer relationships, and loves working with a team. You will also have:  

  • 1-3 yrs retail sales experience, direct customer service preferred  

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service  

  • Ability to take initiative, build & maintain customer relationships, and build a personal book  

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented focus  

  • Organized, timely  

  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment  

  • Able to bring a positive, engaging energy to the workplace  

  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and retail holidays
