Step into the role of Store Manager playing an important role in shaping the success of your store while contributing to the growth of this renowned Finnish lifestyle brand.
Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to provide a VIP standard of service that goes above and beyond.
Lead by example and set clear expectations for reaching in-store goals.
Cultivate a team environment focused on the core values set by the brand
Support day-to-day in-store operations, ensuring operational excellence.

Proven sales experience in a similar fashion retail environment.
Thorough understanding of all KPIs and the ability to drive results.
Professional and results-focused leadership style.
Adept at problem-solving, identifying opportunities, and taking ownership of the business..
Adaptability in embracing and driving change.
