Our client is one of the most luxurious brands in the world - with a renowned product category of RTW, Accessories, Leather goods, and Footwear - this Italian fashion house creates a customer experience that is simply unparalleled. We are now searching for a Stock Operator who is proactive, with a problem-solving attitude for their busy Castlereagh St Boutique in Sydney.
The Role |
As the Stock Operator you will have a solid understanding of all things systems and processes in the store. Attention to detail comes naturally to you as well staying organised. You strive for operational excellence in what you do. In this role, you:
You possess a positive mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Ensuring service to clients is properly always supported with the right equipment and teamwork flows (including food and beverage, etc).
Ensure compliance and correct implementation of all procedures and identify solutions that will help with missed opportunities in store.
Create a well-functioning back of house space that is organised and supports sales team.
Coordinate and implement seamless internal process are smooth including logistics, operations and administrative tasks.
You are the ideal team player, adaptable and ever ready to go the extra mile.
Ensure accuracy in processing stock, where actual stock counts match computer stock counts. Objective to achieve benchmark stock take results.
Support the stores management role in effectively operating the boutique.
The Skillset |
To be successful in this role we’re looking for profiles with a strong background in Australian Designer or Luxury, you also have demonstrated experience in:
Strong understanding of retail processes and the ability to work strategically and innovatively within the brand guidelines.
Ability to collaborate with Management team and Key Stakeholders within the business to support the needs of the boutique.
Experience handling after sales service and use of RFID.
Exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to support in sales as needed.
Intermediate computer skills.
Ability to work to well under pressure, manage multiple deadlines and strong attention to detail.
