The Role |

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Retail Store & Outlet Manager to lead both the flagship retail store and outlet located in Indooroopilly.

This is a unique leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys balancing commercial performance with exceptional people leadership. Overseeing two distinct trading environments, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience, developing a high-performing team, and driving operational excellence across both locations.

Working closely with the senior retail leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping store performance, identifying commercial opportunities, and fostering a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Whether you're coaching your team on the shop floor, analysing business performance, or implementing operational strategies, you'll lead with passion and purpose every step of the way.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team across both retail locations

  • Driving sales, profitability, and key commercial metrics across the Retail Store and Outlet

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through hands-on leadership and personalised service

  • Managing all aspects of day-to-day store operations, ensuring consistency and operational excellence

  • Creating effective rosters and workforce plans that maximise productivity and customer service

  • Analysing business performance and implementing strategies to improve sales and profitability

  • Overseeing visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock accuracy across both locations

  • Managing labour budgets, operational costs, and financial performance

  • Building a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture

  • Partnering with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and ongoing business growth


The Skillset |

We're looking for a passionate retail leader who combines strong commercial acumen with an authentic passion for people and customer experience.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience leading high-performing retail teams within premium or specialty retail

  • Experience managing multiple departments, dual-site operations, or complex retail environments

  • Strong commercial capability with the ability to analyse business performance and drive results

  • Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and developing retail teams

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations

  • Strong understanding of retail operations including rostering, workforce planning, inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance

  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating memorable retail experiences

  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

  • A proactive, adaptable leadership style with a genuine desire to inspire others
