The Role |

  • Lead, coach and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless and visually inspiring showroom experience

  • Manage stock levels, merchandising, and inventory processes to maintain floor standards

  • Drive team performance through training, goal setting, and regular feedback

  • Analyse sales data to identify opportunities and implement strategies for growth

  • Maintain high standards of visual presentation in line with brand guidelines

  • Foster a positive, high-energy team culture focused on results and customer satisfaction

The Skillset |

  • Proven experience leading retail or showroom teams in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive performance and exceed targets

  • Excellent communication and people leadership skills

  • A keen eye for design, visual merchandising, and creating inspiring customer experiences

  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving and operational skills.
