The Brand |
Stunning Sydney based elevated Womenswear brand. Reporting to the General Manager this is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned Senior Sales and Brand Manager to lead, develop and execute the Wholesale Sales strategy, nurture existing VIP clientele and grow their customer base as the evolve their online store and Limited Edition offering. This role is the driving force behind expanding their wholesale presence, you will identify and target aligned brand partners - driving brand awareness and elevating their wholesale channel. This is a hands-on role where you will balance strategy with active sales engagement, helping to shape the wholesale growth strategy and ownership of its execution.
The Role |
Development and execution of wholesale sales strategy
Command a consistent and flexible overview of product opportunities and sales strategies
Nurture existing VIP clientele
Evaluate current customer list and ranking
Build and maintain existing customer relationships
Funnel volume business into top tier accounts and close bottom tier business in line with budgets
Identify and establish National and International Wholesale opportunities.
Oversee Wholesale sales in all territories. NSW, VIC & TAS, SA, QLD, WA, NZ, US and other international
Coordinate Wholesale Sales Calendar and Budgets
Market Analysis: Monitor retail trends and competitor activity to continuously refine strategies for new market penetration and to identify emerging opportunities.
Establish Replenishment Sales Calendar and Budgets
Identify and oversee opportunities for Special Production Cuts.
Provide Sales Reports and product feedback on monthly ranges and replenishment for all territories
Provide communication on Sell through and product performance at retail for all territories
Establish and maintain Wholesale Marketing Calendar
Coordinate brand presence and representation by wholesalers, and liquidation guidelines
Manage marketing subsidies, competitions, vouchers and store events
Manage asset distribution e.g. Toughlines, catalogues and digi-pac
Assist with requirements for brand marketing in specified regions
Manage Wholesale Range Sell Close across all territories for no cuts
Manage monthly budget audit including Joor to Niche Check
Manage monthly range Replenishment program and Special Production Cuts
The Skillset |
You are a self-movitated sales professional, a true connecter and strategic thinker.
Exceptional skills in nurturing VIP Clientele and a natural relationship builder.
Have current relationships with Australian, NZ and US aspirational fashion retailers including the majors.
Highly organised, efficient agile and adaptable – you are able to think laterally to achieve what you need to.
Analytical, you know your accounts, you know your numbers and you know where the opportunities are.
Intermediate or advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to achieve targets/ budgets by actioning goals & objectives.
Align planning & execution in line with Key Account strategies & market requirements –engaging with key Stakeholders.
Proven ability to work with cross functional teams.
