In a new partnership we are working with a stunning design led cashmere brand based in New Zealand. With their luxurious product offering they have a range of stores across New Zealand along with their eCommerce channel – they have a dedication to an exceptional customer experience – ensuring their clients enjoy timeless elegant styles. They are now seeking an eCommerce & Marketing Manager to join their Auckland based team.

The Role |

As our Ecommerce & Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of our Shopify store, oversee the end-to-end online customer journey, and help shape and execute the marketing strategy across New Zealand and Australia. From digital campaigns and influencer partnerships to product uploads and pop-up activations - you’ll be in the driver’s seat.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role with room to grow and make your mark in a fast-moving, creative environment. You’ll report directly to the Directors but work independently day-to-day, liaising with agencies and internal teams to grow our brand presence and ecommerce performance.

  • Oversee and optimise the Shopify website for performance, UX, and conversion.

  • Manage all product uploads, descriptions, imagery, tagging and categorisation.

  • Maintain and update blogs, landing pages, and seasonal content.

  • Manage the customer service portal, ensuring timely, professional support.

  • Use insights from Shopify, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo to inform strategy and enhancements.

  • Own and implement email and SMS strategies in Klaviyo.

  • Brief digital agencies on Meta and Google campaigns.

  • Create content and copy for paid ads, ensuring alignment with brand identity.

  • Plan and manage the annual marketing calendar, working across teams to coordinate product, campaign, retail, and content timelines.

  • Track and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and performance analysis.

  • Manage and maintain brand social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

  • Plan, schedule and post engaging content in line with the monthly brand calendar.

  • Coordinate influencer partnerships, UGC content collection, approvals, and usage.

  • Retail & Brand Marketing Support

  • Coordinate POS materials and in-store marketing collateral.

The Skillset |

  • 3–6+ years in ecommerce or digital marketing, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.

  • Skilled in Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Figma.

  • Experience managing social media accounts and creating high-quality, engaging content.

  • Knowledge of influencer marketing, UGC, and content repurposing.

  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, digital funnel strategies, and ecommerce best practices.

  • Excellent copywriting and content planning skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with experience managing marketing calendars and budgets.

  • Collaborative, hands-on, and detail-oriented with the ability to self-manage.

  • Passion for luxury fashion and a great eye for brand consistency and design.
