An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to bring strong technical expertise, organisation and a sharp eye for quality to its production function.
The Role |
This is a hands-on Senior Production Coordinator opportunity for someone who understands the complexities of production and takes genuine pride in delivering beautifully executed product, on time and to the highest standards.
Working closely with Design, Product Development and Production, you'll coordinate day-to-day production activities, manage critical paths, maintain supplier relationships and ensure product moves efficiently from development through to final delivery.
A key focus will be Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC), ensuring products meet the brand's expectations across construction, workmanship, materials and finishing. You'll identify quality concerns, coordinate inspections, manage supplier feedback and drive corrective actions to maintain product integrity.
You'll also be confident working extensively within AP21, managing purchase orders, tracking production progress, monitoring deliveries and maintaining accurate system records.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the product, can anticipate challenges and brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to keeping production on track without compromising quality.
With scope to contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies, you'll play an important role in supporting a collaborative team within an established premium brand.
The Skillset |
We're looking for an experienced Senior Production Coordinator who combines technical production knowledge with exceptional organisation, commercial awareness and attention to detail.
You'll bring:
Demonstrated experience in a senior production coordination capacity within fashion, accessories or a premium product-led environment.
Proven, hands-on AP21 experience is essential and non-negotiable, with confidence managing purchase orders, production tracking and system administration.
Strong understanding of end-to-end production processes, critical path management, supplier lead times and delivery schedules.
Practical QA/QC experience, including product inspections, identifying manufacturing defects, assessing workmanship and managing corrective actions.
Sound technical product knowledge, with the ability to interpret specifications, understand construction and uphold quality standards.
Strong supplier management and communication skills, with the confidence to manage expectations and ensure accountability.
Experience collaborating across Design, Product Development and Production to maintain alignment on product specifications, priorities and timelines.
Exceptional organisation, accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and genuine ownership of responsibilities from start to finish.
