The Brand |

Our client is a Melbourne-founded contemporary womenswear label with an international following and an established presence across leading global retailers.

As the business continues to grow its direct-to-consumer channel, we are searching for an organised and proactive eCommerce Executive to support the day-to-day running of its online store.

This is an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Assistant or Coordinator ready to take their next step within a growing fashion business.

The Role |

Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager and wider teams, you will keep the website fresh, accurate and easy to shop.

Your focus will be hands-on execution across Shopify, product uploads, online merchandising and collection launches. You will also support CRM and digital marketing activity, with both functions owned and directed by the manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate daily Shopify updates across product information, imagery, descriptions, pricing and collections

  • Merchandise new arrivals, best sellers and key categories in line with stock availability and trading priorities

  • Support collection launches, promotions and website updates against the agreed trading calendar

  • Check product pages, navigation, links and the mobile shopping experience, flagging issues and following up fixes

  • Track daily sales and product performance, helping prepare weekly trading reports

  • Liaise with Merchandising and Operations on stock availability, product information and launch readiness

  • Support the manager with CRM tasks, including gathering assets, checking links and assisting with approved email updates

  • Provide product information, creative assets and website support for manager-led digital marketing campaigns

  • Work with Customer Service to identify and resolve online shopping issues

The Skillset |

  • Ideally 1–3 years’ experience in an eCommerce Assistant, Coordinator or similar role

  • Practical Shopify experience, particularly product uploads, content updates and merchandising

  • A strong eye for detail and an interest in fashion and online retail

  • Organised and reliable, with the ability to keep multiple tasks and deadlines on track

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and learning to interpret online performance

  • Exposure to Klaviyo or Google Analytics would be welcomed

  • Clear communication, initiative and a willingness to ask questions and learn

The Offer |

An opportunity to build your eCommerce career within an Australian fashion brand reaching customers around the world.

You will gain practical experience across online trading, merchandising and website operations, with guidance from the manager and room to develop as the channel grows.

This is a full-time position based in Melbourne
