Create detailed technical handovers for sampling with accurate construction and finishing details.
Lead fittings with precision in silhouette, proportion and fit; collaborate with PD/patternmaking to resolve issues.
Source and develop elevated materials aligned to brand craftsmanship, sustainability and margin frameworks.
Work with Merchandising on product mix and sell-through learnings to ensure a strong creative/commercial balance.
Mentor junior designers and nurture a culture of accountability, high standards and continuous improvement.

Advanced in Adobe Illustrator with demonstrable speed and accuracy in CAD execution.
Strong understanding of garment construction fundamentals.
Confident hand-sketching and ability to communicate ideas quickly.
