The Brand |

This Sydney based Fine Jewellery brand with a global audience, specialises in diamonds and has been spotted on some of the biggest celebrities in the world. Over the last 7 years they have built the brand to include a high performing retail boutique and a growing online channel. In this front-facing role you will bring to life exceptional client experiences and instill a passion for fine jewellery in your sales team. We are looking for a dedicated and driven Sales Manager to join our client in their Showroom in stunning area - Double Bay.

The Role |

In this role you will be an exemplary brand ambassador working with existing VIP clientele and forging relationships with new clients. You will bring passion, experience in clientelling and a proactive can do attitude to this role. In addition:

  • You will use your strategic vision to support the broader team in bringing exceptional client experiences to life. 

  • Results driven in nature with an in depth knowledge of how to engage VIP client relations.

  • Have a passion and understanding of the client journey in fine jewellery and luxury product handling processes.

In this role you will be a key player in the success of the wider business by delivering exceptional results and maintaining operational excellence.  

The Skillset |

  • 3+ years in luxury retail sales & supervisor roles, profiles with experience in Fine Jewellery will be highly favoured.

  • Immaculately presented.

  • Have a genuine passion for luxury sales and the ability to retain in-depth product knowledge.

  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.

  • Lead from the front to deliver a second-to-none client experience where going above and beyond is the norm.

  • Experience growing and managing a portfolio of VIP & VVIP clientele..

  • Great communication – spoken and written.

Role is 3-4 Days. Must be able to work a Tuesday - Saturday roster (with the option of rotating weekends off)
