The Role |

Supported by an eCommerce Coordinator who handles day-to-day execution, the Digital & Marketing Manager will lead the brand’s digital growth and online presence, executing a comprehensive in-house strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while ensuring a seamless eCommerce experience. This role combines campaign management, brand consistency, and data-driven decision-making with hands-on oversight of the online store and digital operations.

Our client is open to both full-time and part-time profiles. The role is full-time with the full scope of Digital, eCommerce and Marketing responsibilities, or part-time (3 days per week) if retaining a Digital Marketing Agency for paid media execution.

Key responsibilities include:

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute in-house digital marketing strategy across paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads), email marketing (Klaviyo), SEO, and organic traffic growth.

  • Monitor ROAS, optimise campaigns, and scale spend efficiently.

  • Build data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Manage campaign calendars, budget allocation, and performance tracking for all digital campaigns.

  • Maintain a strong brand voice and visual consistency across all digital communications.

Marketing

  • Develop structured marketing and content calendars aligned with product launches, retail moments, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Drive digital promotional activity across social media and ecommerce channels (e.g., Black Friday, seasonal promotions).

  • Oversee launch briefs for PR, influencers, and events to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

  • Track campaign performance, manage budgets, and report on key metrics.

Ecommerce

  • Oversee daily site operations, including product uploads, content updates, visual merchandising, and UX improvements.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and overall customer experience.

  • Manage platform performance, ensuring stability, scalability, and innovation.

  • Identify and implement tools, technologies, and integrations to enhance the digital experience.

  • Stay informed on global digital trends in fashion retail and apply learnings to drive ongoing improvement.

The Skillset |

The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven, hands-on digital marketer with proven experience driving growth, engagement, and brand consistency across paid, owned, and earned channels.

  • Proven experience in paid media strategy and optimisation, efficiently managing ROAS and scalable campaigns (5+ years). (Full-time role only)

  • Experienced in email marketing, efficiently driving segmentation, automation, and re-engagement strategies (3–5 years).

  • Proven experience in SEO and content-driven organic traffic growth (4+ years).

  • Data-driven marketer with proven ability to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention, efficiently tracking and reporting on.

  • Proven experience in eCommerce strategy

  • Efficient in digital campaign and promotional planning.

  • Proven experience maintaining brand consistency

  • Efficient in cross-functional collaboration and and ability to work and lead remotley.
