Our client is building environments people want to return to, teams that grow together, and experiences that extend beyond the store. We are sourcing a Boutique Manager for their brand new Paddington store.
The Role I
This isn't your typical retail leadership role.
As Store Manager, you will lead the opening and ongoing success of a brand-new boutique in Paddington, shaping the space, the team, and the customer experience from day one.
You are the heartbeat of the store, the person who turns strategy into daily action, numbers into momentum, and a team into something greater than the sum of its parts. You'll:
Lead and develop a high-performing team where people grow, not just perform
Create a store experience that inspires customers to engage and connect
Drive commercial performance with clarity and intention
Translate business goals into clear, actionable plans your team believes in
Build a store that is known, loved, and embedded in the local Paddington community
At your best, your team doesn't rely on you for direction, they understand the "why" and take ownership.
