The Brand |
Our client is a founder-led Australian jewellery brand, celebrated for its delicate, meaningful pieces and strong following both locally and internationally. Known as intentional luxury brand - the handcrafted designs go beyond aesthetics, offering timeless jewellery that tells a personal story. They are now seeking an experienced retail leader to take on the role of Store Manager at their flagship location in Paddington, NSW.
The Role |
As the Store Manager you play a key role in fostering an environment of growth and excellence, where both sales and client engagement thrive. You are the brand ambassador, community builder, business manager and team leader. You will collaborate with key stakeholders from a supportive and hands on HQ team to bring the brand vision to life. In this role, you:
Represent the brand to the highest standard, you have a customer first mindset and strive to deliver on memorable moments with your clients. Resolving any customer concerns timely and with empathy.
Motivate and inspire the team by bringing to like brand values, providing on going coaching. Identifying opportunities for growth and support and recognising high performance and best practice innovations in order to drive ongoing success.
Coach and develop a passionate team of retailers to be proactive and engaging. maintaining in-depth knowledge of product and brand to provide advice and recommendations as per our customers.
Ensure the presentation and visual standards are met in accordance with brand expectations.
Have a strong understanding of clientelling and will cultivate relationships with clients that are memorable and will be long lasting. Performing activities such as follow up calls and thank you notes to nurture and maintain a VIP data base.
Are driven to achieve team and individual sales and KPIs, but you understand that it is the client experience that will result in targets being met.
The Skills |
To be successful in this role we are looking for profiles with prior Retail or Business leadership experience, has spent 2-3 years in a similar role. Experience in jewellery is ideal but not essential. In addition, you are:
Extensive management experience in a premium or luxury setting.
A quick learner and can build a strong understanding of the product, knowledge of the brand and the ability to work strategically to improve store performance.
You lead from the front in all that you do, are hands on and are passionate about the continued growth and upskilling of your team.
Exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to build loyal and lasting relationships. You have a customer first mindset and are focused on exceeding you customer expectations.
You drive operational excellence, through stock accuracy, consistency in processes and a strong attention to detail.
Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
Able to work full time.
