We are sourcing a Boutique Manager for their brand-new store in Paddington.
The Role I
This isn't your typical retail leadership role.
As Store Manager, you will lead the opening and ongoing success of a brand-new boutique in Paddington, shaping the space, the team, and the customer experience from day one.
You are the heartbeat of the store, the person who turns strategy into daily action, numbers into momentum, and a team into something greater than the sum of its parts.
You'll:
Lead and develop a high-performing team where people grow, not just perform.

Drive commercial performance with clarity and intention.
