The Role |

We are seeking an experienced and values-led Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of stores across Queensland and Western Australia.
This is a highly influential leadership role responsible for driving commercial performance, developing exceptional retail leaders, and creating meaningful connections between stores, communities, and the wider business. Acting as the link between Head Office and the retail network, you will ensure a consistent and elevated customer experience while building a high-performance culture across the region.
 
Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and coaching high-performing Store Managers and leadership teams

  • Driving regional sales performance, profitability, and key commercial metrics

  • Creating and executing local community engagement strategies and events

  • Leading new store openings, recruitment, training, and launch execution

  • Managing operational excellence across all locations, including visual merchandising, inventory, and compliance

  • Analysing business performance and implementing strategies to drive growth

  • Building talent pipelines and succession plans across the region

  • Collaborating with Head Office functions to deliver seamless execution of business initiatives

  • Fostering a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and customer experience

The Skillset |

The ideal candidate is an experienced multi-site retail leader who thrives on developing people, building culture, and driving commercial success.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in a Regional, Area, or Multi-Site Management role

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales, profitability, and operational performance

  • Demonstrated success coaching and developing high-performing retail teams

  • Experience leading new store openings and supporting business expansion

  • Strong understanding of retail operations, workforce planning, and financial management

  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to build engaged teams and strong community connections

  • Experience using data and insights to drive business decisions and performance improvements

  • A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused leadership style
