The Role I

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager (Australia & New Zealand), based in Sydney to lead and elevate retail performance across the network. Reporting to the Brand Director, this role is responsible for driving commercial success, operational excellence, and a consistent, premium client experience across multiple locations.

You will lead, coach, and inspire Store Managers to achieve sales targets, strengthen team capability, and ensure brand standards are upheld at every touchpoint.

This is a highly visible leadership role, requiring a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on engagement within stores.

The Skillset I

  • Proven experience in a multi-site retail leadership role within fashion, accessories, or luxury.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales growth and operational performance.

  • Exceptional leadership capability, with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.

  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels.

  • A deep understanding of client experience within a premium or luxury environment.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for retail excellence.
