This Australian fashion retailer is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation. Known for its elevated customer experience, strong design identity, and fast-paced retail environment, the business is investing heavily in operational excellence, systems evolution, and cross-functional innovation.

With a collaborative leadership team and an ambitious roadmap ahead, the business is seeking a commercially minded Project Manager to help shape scalable ways of working across Retail, Supply Chain, Operations, Technology, and People & Culture.

The Role |

As Project Manager, you'll lead and deliver key business transformation initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly from planning through to implementation.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll drive alignment, governance, accountability, and operational improvements across the business. This is a highly visible role suited to someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Leading cross-functional transformation and operational projects

  • Building project plans, timelines, governance frameworks, and reporting cadence

  • Managing stakeholder engagement across all business levels

  • Driving process improvement and scalable operating models

  • Supporting change management and business adoption initiatives

  • Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for efficiency

This role offers the opportunity to genuinely influence how the business evolves and operates moving forward.

The Skillset | 

  • Proven project management experience within retail, fashion, FMCG, or consumer-led environments

  • Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional or transformation initiatives

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience improving processes, systems, or operational workflows

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Confidence operating both strategically and operationally

  • Adaptability, resilience, and comfort working through ambiguity and change

Experience within fashion retail or customer-led brands will be highly regarded.
