We’re partnering with an innovative, founder-led ecommerce brand that has quietly built a category-leading position within the baby and kids’ products space - generating significant global revenue across international marketplaces while maintaining a lean, agile and highly entrepreneurial team.

Now entering its next stage of growth, the business is seeking a commercially sharp, operationally strong Chief Operating Officer to help scale the company globally and ultimately transition into the CEO role.

This is a rare opportunity for a true operator who wants more than a corporate title. You’ll step into a genuine leadership position with autonomy, influence, and the ability to shape the future direction of a globally recognised brand.

The Role |

With Marketplace presence across USA, Canada, UK and Australia, an imminent TikTok Shop launch underway, and expansion into new global markets this is an incredible opportunity for talent well-versed in Founder led eCommerce businesses.

As COO, you will work directly alongside the Founder to lead the operational and commercial performance of the business.

This role has been created to help transition the company from a founder-led operation into a scalable global business with strong systems, structure, leadership and commercial discipline - without losing the agility and entrepreneurial mindset that has fuelled its success to date.

You will oversee day-to-day business operations while driving strategic growth initiatives across ecommerce marketplaces, social commerce, international expansion and operational scale.

Importantly, this role offers a clear pathway to CEO within the next 12–24 months.

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the business

  • Build structure, accountability and scalable systems across all functions

  • Lead and develop remote teams across:

    • Operations

    • Marketing

    • Customer Experience

    • Logistics

    • Ecommerce

  • Create reporting rhythms, KPIs and operational efficiencies

  • Foster a high-performance, low-ego culture

  • Drive growth across Amazon marketplaces globally

  • Lead the rollout and optimisation of TikTok Shop USA

  • Support expansion into new markets and channels

  • Develop DTC growth strategy

  • Explore wholesale, retail and distribution opportunities

  • Partner closely with the Founder on new product launches and commercial opportunities

  • Own forecasting, budgeting and commercial performance

  • Improve operational efficiency and margin performance

  • Oversee inventory management and replenishment

  • Manage manufacturing and supplier relationships in China

  • Optimise logistics and global supply chain operations

  • Help shape the future direction of the company

  • Identify new growth opportunities and commercial partnerships

  • Build infrastructure to support long-term scale and future expansion

  • Reduce founder dependency by implementing strong operational leadership


The Skillset |

We’re looking for a commercially minded operator who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

You likely bring experience from scaling ecommerce, consumer or marketplace-led businesses and understand the balance between strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

  • Significant experience in a senior operational, commercial or general management role

  • Experience scaling ecommerce, Amazon-native or consumer product businesses

  • Strong commercial and P&L capability

  • Exposure to international markets, particularly the US

  • Experience leading remote or distributed teams

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, supply chain and logistics

  • Experience working with Chinese manufacturing partners highly regarded

  • Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central experience advantageous

  • TikTok Shop, social commerce or DTC growth experience highly regarded
