Production Coordinator

The Brand |

Stunning ultra feminine and sustainability focused growing Australian contemporary fashion brand. We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to manage all stages of the product lifecycle, working closely with their Design and Merchandise teams to ensure timely and considered product delivery. We are looking for a hungry to learn, switched on Production Assistant who is looking to grow and develop quickly offering the chance to contribute directly to collections and gain hands-on experience across the end-to-end production process. 

The Role |

  • Critical Path Management - Oversee the product lifecycle timeline, tracking milestones and ensuring deadlines are met across design, production, and delivery.

  • Production Coordination - Manage submissions including graded specs, care labels, and fabric approvals, Fabric test reposts, while maintaining clear communication with suppliers throughout the production cycle.  

  •  Logistics & Shipping - Coordinate dispatch of finished goods and liaise with freight providers to ensure smooth inbound and outbound deliveries.  

  •  Warehouse & Quality Control  - Work closely with our warehouse and QC teams to check product quality on arrival and resolve any production issues promptly.  

  • Sample Management-   Oversee the ordering, tracking, and organisation of all samples - from development through to sales and press - ensuring they are delivered on time, properly catalogued, and available for fittings, range reviews, and wholesale requirements.  

  • Fit Sessions - Coordinate Fit sessions in line with critical path dates to ensure seamless fitting and approval process in production. 

The Skillset |

  • Experience in fashion production coordination – proven background managing the end to end production process within a fashion or apparel environment including sample management, supplier liaison and quality control. 

  • Strong critical path and project management skills – ability to manage timelines, track milestones and keep multiple stakeholders aligned to deadlines. 

  • Technical knowledge of garments and production processes – familiarity with graded specs, care labels, fabric approvals and testing, and fit sessions. 

  • Supplier and logistics coordination skills – experience communicating with manufacturers, freight providers and warehouses to manage smooth production flow and deliveries. 

  • Detail orientation and organisational skills – ability to track samples, maintain accurate records, coordinate fittings and ensure quality across all touchpoints.
