  • Develop and track KPIs to measure efficiency, cost performance, and service quality.

Supply Chain & Inventory

  • Oversee end-to-end supply planning, ensuring on time availability of raw materials and finished goods.

  • Manage inventory health, stock accuracy, and replenishment strategies across multiple channels.

  • Partner with production teams to align timelines, critical paths, and capacity.

Logistics & Fulfilment

  • Lead domestic and international logistics operations, including freight, third-party warehouses, and distribution partners.

  • Optimise shipping performance, cost control, and customer delivery standards across retail, wholesale, and ecommerce.

  • Establish best-in-class fulfilment practices that support rapid growth.

Wholesale Operations

  • Oversee order processing, allocation, and delivery for local and global wholesale accounts.

  • Ensure timely communication between sales, finance, and logistics to support accurate order flow and customer service.

  • Partner with sales teams to forecast demand and improve account performance.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the operational connector between Production, Sales, eCommerce, Finance, and the wider teams within the business.

  • Drive operational readiness for new product launches, retail openings, and market expansions.

  • Support data-driven decision making with accurate reporting and insights.

The Skillset |

  • 5+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management within fashion, apparel, consumer goods, or a similar fast-paced product environment.

  • Experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarders and global shipping (EU/US/APAC).

  • Strong understanding of wholesale and e-commerce operational requirements.
