The Role |

This full-time, on-site role sits within the digital team and reports to the Senior Digital & eCommerce Manager.

You’ll be responsible for delivering a seamless end-to-end eCommerce journey, from order fulfilment to after-sales service. Acting as the first point of contact for customer communications, you’ll manage enquiries across digital platforms, oversee dispatch operations and returns, and support daily eCommerce reporting and inventory accuracy.

You’ll collaborate internally with eCommerce, warehouse, marketing and finance teams, and externally with carriers, marketplaces and international warehouse partners.

  • Process and dispatch daily eCommerce orders via Shopify and marketplaces

  • Coordinate shipping, carrier bookings and tracking

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse presentation standards

  • Manage returns, exchanges and after-sales service

  • Respond to all customer enquiries via digital channels (within set SLAs)

  • Provide product knowledge, styling recommendations and a luxury-level client experience

  • Support administration, reporting and process improvements

  • Assist during stock clearance and warehouse sales

The Skillset |

  • Previous experience in eCommerce operations, customer experience or logistics (fashion or premium/luxury preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Confident across Shopify, Gorgias, Starshipit or similar platforms

  • Client-first mindset, with a passion for delivering elevated service

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

  • Clear communicator, solution-focused, and collaborative team player

  • Understanding of luxury brand standards and presentation
