The Brand I

Our client is a women’s multi-brand luxury retailer stocking a curated collection of some of the most coveted local and international designers. They are the destination for elevated basics, event dressing and resort wear and they provide their clients with a personalized and elevated retail experience. As they continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic team member to join their customer-focused operations. 

The Role I

This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic marketing, digital performance, and eCommerce trading. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, while optimising the online store to deliver best-in-class customer experience and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and delivering the end-to-end marketing and eCommerce strategy aligned to commercial goals

  • Managing and mentoring two junior team members, fostering capability and performance

  • Leading all eCommerce trading, merchandising, and optimisation, including product launches, campaigns, CRO, and UX improvements

  • Overseeing digital marketing channels: paid media, EDM, organic and paid social, SEO, content and influencer activity

  • Managing external agencies and suppliers across performance marketing, creative, PR and development

  • Planning and executing brand and product campaigns across digital and retail channels

  • Analysing performance across traffic, conversion, AOV, retention and LTV, translating insights into action

  • Managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI reporting

  • Partnering closely with the Founder on growth strategy, new initiatives and business planning

Skills & Experience I

We’re looking for a commercially minded marketing leader with strong eCommerce and digital experience from premium or luxury fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer retail.

You will bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience across marketing and eCommerce, ideally in a high-growth or digitally-led brand

  • Proven experience owning eCommerce trading and performance

  • Strong understanding of paid media, CRM, CRO, and digital optimisation

  • Experience leading and developing junior team members

  • Confidence managing external agencies and suppliers

  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and performance mindset

  • A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to operate strategically and tactically
